My name is CR Pratt, and I’ve been one of the top selling real estate agent in the Athens MLS for the last 20 years. I’ve been the #1 selling agent over the last 3 years in the Athens MLS. My goal is simple: “To provide the highest quality of service and integrity possible for all of my clients.”

EXPERIENCE MATTERS

I’ve spent my career around real estate and have been able to use my extensive knowledge to help my customers every day. Over the last 40 years, I’ve developed several apartment complexes and worked on home construction projects.  Prior to becoming a realtor, I spent 21 years as a home energy consultant with American Electric Power (AEP). As a realtor for the last 20 years, I’ve been proud to help my clients navigate the complexities of residential, commercial and farms and land real estate transactions.

HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS

An area native, I’ve made my life in Athens with my wife of 30 years, Laura, and three boys Nicholas, Jacob and Ben. Nicholas, a graduate of Athens High and Penn State University, is an energy engineer. Jacob, a graduate of Athens High and University of Cincinnati, is a middle school special education/intervention teacher.  Ben will be a high school senior this fall. And we can’t forget our little girl Mrs. Puff, a poodle bichon and the cutest of the bunch. All three boys played high school golf, following in their dad’s footsteps.

Some of my best memories are of treasured family vacations to favorite places including Hilton Head, Cocoa Beach, a family bed & breakfast in Southern Oregon and Laura’s hometown of Chicago.

MY INTERESTS

Golf is my game of choice; I’m a six-time Athens Country Club Senior Club Champion and four-time Club Champion Runner Up. I also enjoy playing guitar and sang lead for a gospel group for several years. The culmination of our years together was the recording of our first CD.

I’ve enjoyed serving the community for the last 40 years and have loved helping my clients with their real estate needs.
